Verified badges help people identify profiles that have completed additional review. FlameDate verification may include a live face selfie pose scan to help confirm that an account is controlled by a real person.

Verification is designed to reduce spam, bot activity, impersonation, and accounts using recycled or misleading profile photos.

Verified badges mean a profile has passed additional checks based on the information and selfie scan provided.
The badge is a trust signal. It does not guarantee compatibility, identity, conduct, or off-platform behavior.

How to apply for a verified badge

Open your FlameDate profile settings.
Your account must be at least 5 days old before you can apply. This waiting period helps us review early bot-like or spam-like activity.
Select Get verified from your account panel after the waiting period ends.
Follow the on-screen face selfie pose scan. You may be asked to center your face, turn slightly, or match a simple pose.
Submit the scan and wait for review. If approved, the verified badge will appear on your profile.

Before you apply

Make sure your profile represents you accurately before applying. Once a profile is verified, major changes to profile photos, name, or account details may require another review.

Authentic: Your account should represent a real person using their own profile.
Complete: Your profile should include a clear profile photo, age, and basic profile details.
Active: Your account should show normal dating-site activity and not automated or spam-like behavior.
Accurate: False or misleading information during verification may result in badge removal or account action.

About the selfie pose scan

The face selfie pose scan is used to help detect whether the request appears to come from a live person rather than a screenshot, static upload, deepfake-like asset, or automated flow. The scan is reviewed for verification and safety purposes.

Important notes

Verification is not automatic and is available only after an account has been active for at least 5 days.
A verified badge can be removed if the account later violates safety rules or provides misleading information.
Verification helps reduce bots and spam, but members should still use blocking, reporting, and judgment when interacting with others.

These Terms govern access to and use of FlameDate, including the website, profiles, messaging experience, credits, account tools, and related features.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, opening the site, sending a message, or otherwise using FlameDate, you agree to these Terms and any rules, notices, or policies referenced here. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FlameDate.

4. Messaging, characters, and AI-generated content

Messaging and profile interactions may include automated, AI-assisted, prewritten, moderated, or system-generated content. You should not rely on messages as professional advice, emergency support, identity verification, relationship promises, or guaranteed real-world commitments. Users are responsible for their own decisions when communicating online or off-platform.

5. Credits, coins, subscriptions, and payments

FlameDate may offer credits, coins, boosts, trials, subscriptions, paid features, promotional balances, or other virtual items. Unless a purchase screen clearly states that a real transaction is being processed by an identified payment provider, credits and balances shown in the product have no cash value, stored value, exchange value, or redemption value. We may change, limit, revoke, or discontinue virtual items or promotional balances where permitted by law.

6. Verification and identity features

Verification badges, profile checks, selfie prompts, identity prompts, and related status indicators are intended to support trust and safety, but they do not guarantee a person's identity, conduct, compatibility, availability, or off-platform behavior. Unless we provide a separate notice and consent flow, FlameDate does not collect government identity documents, payment-card identity checks, biometric templates, or biometric identifiers.

7. User content

You are responsible for any text, photos, profile details, or other content you provide. You grant FlameDate a limited right to host, display, process, and use that content as needed to operate the service. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, exploitative, or non-consensual content.

8. Prohibited conduct

Do not use FlameDate to harass, threaten, exploit, or abuse another person.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, spam, overload, or interfere with the service.
Do not misrepresent yourself, your age, your identity, your affiliation with FlameDate, or any generated or automated content.
Do not upload malicious code, deceptive media, or content that violates the rights of others.

9. Safety and off-platform interactions

Use caution when sharing personal information, communicating off-platform, or arranging any real-world interaction. FlameDate does not control what users do outside the service and does not guarantee the identity, intentions, safety, or conduct of any user or account. You are responsible for taking reasonable safety precautions.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific outcomes, matches, responses, purchases, verification results, compatibility, availability of any user, or any particular feature availability.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlameDate and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, emotional distress, off-platform conduct, or reliance on user-generated, automated, or AI-assisted content.

12. Changes to the service or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Messages and activity may be processed to provide chat features, detect abuse, personalize the experience, debug issues, and improve product quality.

4. Verification and identity data

Verification and safety features may request profile information, photos, selfie prompts, account activity, or other signals to help reduce spam, bots, impersonation, and abuse. Unless we provide a separate notice and consent flow, FlameDate does not collect government identity documents, payment-card identity checks, biometric templates, faceprints, or biometric identifiers.

5. Payments and financial information

If FlameDate offers paid features, payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not intend to store full payment card numbers on our own servers. Promotional credits, trial balances, coin packages, pricing, and purchase screens may change over time and may be subject to additional payment terms shown at checkout.
